Booking System Guidance

Bookings for club and open sessions can only be made from 09:00 the day before play and up to 1 hour before the start of the session for club sessions and up to 10 minutes before the start of open sessions.


Remember: No booking, no play.

You can only play one club session per day and 3 per week no matter what type of croquet played. In addition you can play up to 4 open sessions per week.


1.   Click on link to open the Booking System.


2.    In boxes, enter user name and password exactly that provided, including any punctuation marks or characters.


3.    Click on LOGIN. This will bring you to the lawns usage schedule.


4.    Click on the date at the top of the screen, from drop down calendar, click on required date, this will take you to the appropriate schedule – selected date will be shown at top centre. Alternatively, click on right arrow where ‘Today’ is displayed until required date shown.


5.    On schedule for chosen date, click on the session required. This will take you to the session information, including number of bookings already made.


6.    Click on ‘Register’ The message “You have registered for this event” will be displayed and the number registered will have updated. NB: no names are shown.


7.    Log Off.


To cancel a booking: This can only be done by the member making the original booking or an Administrator.

Cancellation for club sessions: To give others the opportunity to book, cancellation must be made within 2 hours of the start of play; otherwise it will count towards the number of times played.

Cancellation for an open session can be made up to 10 minutes before the session start.

Follow steps 1 to 4 above.

·         Click on booked session this will take you to the booking form.

·         Click on ‘Cancel Registration’

·         A Pop-up message will appear at top of screen: Are you sure you want to delete the registration of [Your name will be shown] Select OK or CANCEL as appropriate.

This will take you back to the session information. The number currently registered will have been updated.

·         Log off.


For an overview of bookings for the day, week or month: Click on appropriate box at the top right of screen, this will then show requested information.
